AI Thread Summary
Superatom chemistry, initially highlighted in 2008, has seen limited scientific output since then, leading to a scarcity of accessible research articles and detailed information. The discussion reveals frustration over the lack of substantial publications and the brevity of available resources, including Wikipedia. Participants express doubt about the future significance of superatom chemistry, suggesting that no major breakthroughs are anticipated. Recommendations for finding free information include specific websites, though the relevance of these resources to the topic remains uncertain. Overall, the conversation underscores a perceived stagnation in the field and a need for more comprehensive and accessible research.

Hello everyone,
I see that superatom chemistry was considered to be a big lap in chemistry, lots of news articles were made in 2008. The problem is, I can't find any scientific articles etc. , nothing else, but basic information on it. Even the wikipedia article of superatom chemistry is really short and all other articles I can find aren't free.
Does anyone know what is going on at the moment about sc?
Where can I find information about superatom chemistry?

From what I know, they didn't really publish/found something of a big importance, in the near future, I don't think there will much information about it, sadly.

Thank you.

This is based on Aluminum super conductors, but I doubt that it is what you are looking for. If you are looking for the most information for free, then I would recommend this site. I hope that this helps. :)

Engineers slash iridium use in electrolyzer catalyst by 80%, boosting path to affordable green hydrogen https://news.rice.edu/news/2025/engineers-slash-iridium-use-electrolyzer-catalyst-80-boosting-path-affordable-green Ruthenium is also fairly expensive (a year ago it was about $490/ troy oz, but has nearly doubled in price over the past year, now about $910/ troy oz). I tracks prices of Pt, Pd, Ru, Ir and Ru. Of the 5 metals, rhodium (Rh) is the most expensive. A year ago, Rh and Ir...
