Hello guys, I really need your help. I have a homework in physics, i know this questions is easy for others but i don't know how to solve this, i tried googling:(

So here's the question: ( i need solutions too)
1. If Earth's quadrant is 10 000 000m, what is the circumference of earth?
2. What is the radius of earth?
3. What is the diameter of earth?
4. What is the volume of the earth?

Doesn't a quadrant refer to 1/4 of the way round the Earth?
 
Didn't you ever study basic geometry (circles, spheres, and all that)?

Yes. The original definition of the metre was that there were 10,000,000 of them to one quarter of Earth's circumference.

you should be able to get it off this information.
 
but if you took your quadrant number and mult. by 4 you would get the circ. then you could plug pi and your circ into the equation to get the radius. then get dia. then volume.
