What universities are around you there? Are there the equivalent of "Junior/Community Colleges" in Mexico? If so, they would likely have robotics classes that you could take.

You could also search for robotics clubs in Mexico City, and ask them what learning resources are available to individuals. :smile:
 
Hey, I am Andreas from Germany. I am currently 35 years old and I want to relearn math and physics. This is not one of these regular questions when it comes to this matter. So...
