The formula for tangential speed is
v = r.w or v = r.2.Pi/T so
110 = 2850.2.Pi/T
T = 162.8

what your doing in the equations is effectively fiinding the circumference C = 2.pi.r the diving this by the speed to find time to do one full revolution
so
C = 17907.1m
T = C/v = 162.8s
