What will be the graph of v=Vmsin(wt+theta) and v= Vmsin(wt-theta) and why?:oldconfused:

For what value(s) of x does sin(x)=0 ? For what value(s) of x does sin(x+1)=0 ? What does adding 1 to x do to the graph of sin(x) ?

The graphs will be two sine waves of equal magnitude Vm, with a phase difference of 2θ.

Don't forget the w.

Tell us what you think adding 1 does to the graph.
