maybe clear up a few more details before looking for replies:

What exactly is it you're looking for? Any specific part of Germany or just any German University that's able to offer a phd in Chemistry?

More specifics are good, what kind of Chemistry? Unless someone on here is actually at a German University you might be better placed asking an advisor at your current institution if they can recommend a source of information?
