In summary, the conversation suggests that the speaker had a particularly emotionally painful day and is experiencing physical stress in their shoulders and back. The advice given by the other person includes mentally facing the situation, not running from it, taking deep breaths, playing a musical instrument, getting rest and taking a shower, and drinking water. A long, hot bath is also recommended for physical stress relief.

When I "had" stress, I mentally faced the situation that "effected" the stress.

Whatever you do, do NOT run from it.

And, breathe deeeeeeeeeep.

Do you play a musical instrument? If you do, playing it for a couple of hours will help you feel relax.

Try getting yourself into bed for a couple of hours, followed by a shower. You will feel like you were reborn.

I drink a lot. For physical stress, a very long, very hot bath works wonders.
