Calculating Equivalent Resistance for a Complex Circuit - CircuitLab Homework

AI Thread Summary
The discussion focuses on finding the equivalent resistance of a complex circuit presented in a CircuitLab link. The user expresses confusion about identifying which resistors are in parallel due to their connections at different nodes. It is noted that the circuit does not contain simple series or parallel resistors, necessitating the use of delta-Y transformations for simplification. The reference to the delta-Y transform indicates a deeper level of analysis required for this circuit. Overall, the complexity of the circuit requires advanced techniques for accurate resistance calculation.

I've simplified it a bit already... Just very confused in regards to which resistances are in parallel since they all connect to each other at different nodes.

If it wasn't for R6, the whole problem would be easy... Uuuughh

This circuit does not include any resistors in parallel or series ... thus you must use delta-Y transforms to simplify it:
