Mass Sppectroscopy help!

    1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data

    Spec diagrams are attached, could someone see if i am correct so far with these questions

    1)Which types of bonds can be identified in the IR spectrum of molecule B? carbonyl group i believe

    2) By identifying the molecular ion, determine which of the molecular formula is consistent with the mass spectrum of B. C2H4O i believe


    3)How many hydrogen environments are there in molecule B? 2 signals so 2 peaks

    4)The peak at 2.7 ppm in the 1H NMR spectrum of B is most likely to be:

    5)Identify molecule B ? not sure guys

    can someonehelp in q4 and 5

    a. C=O and C=C

    b. C=O and O-H

    c. O-H only

    d. C=O only

    Question 2
