AI Thread Summary
The discussion centers around a spoof from the show "The Chaser's War on Everything," specifically focusing on a segment about airport security. Participants express enjoyment of the humor, particularly a joke about a missed flight where the announcer humorously pages names like "Paul Franklin" and "Al Kyder." There is a consensus on the absurdity of reminding a potential terrorist to board a flight, highlighting the comedic take on security measures. Additionally, there is a desire for more extensive content from the show, with a request for confirmation from Australian viewers about the show's ability to maintain its comedic quality throughout a full episode, as only short clips are currently available online.

oh man that was good.
"and when i didn't board the flight they even paged me", "good morning ladies and gentlemen. this is the final boarding call for Paul franklin, Al Kyder, Terry Wrist..."

i know that if that if an al qaeda terrorist missed his flight, i wouldn't want someone to remind them to get on my plane

I love Chasers. I wish I could see a whole program. As it is, only the short Youtube blips seem to be available. Can any Aussies out there confirm that they can maintain such levels for a whole show, repeatedly?

Frito had purchased a snack food plant near Lima, Peru, and sent me down to oversee the upgrades to the systems and the startup. Peru was still suffering the ills of a recent civil war and I knew it was dicey, but the money was too good to pass up. It was a long trip to Lima; about 14 hours of airtime...
