Long live competition. One has to wonder if they would consider these cost savings if it were not for competition.

Whether or not it is genius depends on whether it succeeds.

Competition is good!

From a read of the comments of the youtube video it looks like this system might be hyped a bit.
 
Due to the constant never ending supply of "cool stuff" happening in Aerospace these days I'm creating this thread to consolidate posts every time something new comes along. Please feel free to add random information if its relevant.
