Homework Help: From the balanced equation

  1. Mar 24, 2016 #1
    1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data
    From the balanced equation:

    C3H4O2 (liquid) + NaOH → C3H3NaO2 + H2O

Calculate how much Acrylic Acid and Sodium Hydroxide would be needed to have a 5 M concentration in the monomer C3H3NaO2. Use as little Acrylic Acid and Sodium Hydroxide as possible. (Hint: use mL)

    2. Relevant equations

    3. The attempt at a solution
I used a solver, but I got it incorrect on the assignment
