please, please.. help me find a topic for my thesis..
particularly, I'm interested in applied physics topics, programming or experimental set-up will do.. any suggestions?..

What thesis are you seeking advice on? Surely you have an advisor that you can talk to, and who should help you select such a topic.
 


Undergrad or graduate? What background do you have? You could do some thin film magnetics stuff.
 


I would definitely talk to professors at your school. Whatever you end up doing, it is likely that you would be using their labs and equipment to do the necessary experiments. That pretty much means you'll be needing the approval of the professor who runs the particular lab where you end up doing the work.

I was thinking using 2 purple mattress samples, and taping them together, I do want other ideas though, the main guidelines are; Must have a volume LESS than 1600 cubic centimeters, and CAN'T exceed 25 cm in ANY direction. Must be LESS than 1 kg. NO parachutes. NO glue or Tape can touch the egg. MUST be able to take egg out in less than 1 minute. Grade A large eggs will be used.
