Motor: stator and rotor magnetic strength

What is the perfect ratio of
rotor pm magnetic strength:stator em magnetic strength ?

What will happen if we have N52 rotor magnet surrounded by stator 187amp/turn electromagnet ?

Will stator magnetic field will be sufficient for revolution of rotor??
