Just wanted to confirm: in a projectile launched at an angle if you know the intital velocity In the vertical direction , will the velocity in the y direction just before it lands be the same?
Also the angle just before it lands will be the same as the intital angle, right?

The vertical speed will be the same, but the direction will be reversed. (Assuming the landing point is the same height as the launch point.)

Also the angle just before it lands will be the same as the intital angle, right?
The magnitude of the angle will be the same, but one will be above the horizontal and the other below.
