Temperature graph of a certain experiment

AI Thread Summary
A temperature graph that forms a straight line on the Celsius scale will also appear as a straight line on the Kelvin scale, as both scales are linear and have a constant offset. The key difference between Celsius and Kelvin is that Kelvin starts at absolute zero, making it a true thermodynamic scale. Understanding this relationship is crucial for interpreting temperature data accurately. Self-research, such as looking up Kelvin temperature on Google, is encouraged for deeper comprehension. This approach fosters better learning and understanding of temperature measurement concepts.

If the temperature graph of a certain experiment formed a straight line when recorded on the Celsius scale, discuss what a graph of the same experiment on the Kelvin scale would look like.

Do you know the difference between Celcius and Kelvin?

No, I do not...I am taking an online class so there isn't much instruction.

Then go to "google.com" and enter "Kelvin temperature"!

Finding out for yourself is a lot better than being told.

Problem: You’re an Uber driver with a Tesla Model 3. Today’s low: 30F, high: 65F. You want to reach a USD$ profit target in the least number of hours, but your choices could have added cost. Do you preheat the battery only when you are headed to the charging station (to increase the charging rate by warming the battery — however the battery might not be “warm enough” when your reach the charger and thus slower charging rates), or do you always “navigate to the charger” the entire day (which...
