i calculated the E for water and Cl- seperately

E (H2O):
E = 2Kp/r^3 = 2*(9x10^9)*(6.17x10^-30)/(3.00x10^-9)^3 = 4.11 x 10^6 N/C

E (Cl-):
E = KQ/r^2 = K(1.60x10^-19)/(3.00x10^-9)^2 = 1.6 x 10^8 N/C

now to find the force do I find the E(net) = 1.6 x 10^8 - 4.11 x 10^6 = 1.56 x 10^8 N/C
then times by charge? .. so E(net) x (1.6 x 10^-19) ..? = 2.49 x 10^-11 N...

I multiplied the values first without the error limit. Got 19.38. rounded it off to 2 significant figures since the given data has 2 significant figures. So = 19. For error I used the above formula. It comes out about 1.48. Now my question is. Should I write the answer as 19±1.5 (rounding 1.48 to 2 significant figures) OR should I write it as 19±1. So in short, should the error have same number of significant figures as the mean value or should it have the same number of decimal places as...
