I call it the Glamour Trap. People fall in love with the glamorous, cool aspect but don't acknowledge or aren't aware of all the brutally hard work it takes. "Cool, let's open a restaurant": They think it will be cool to tell their friends they own their restaurant and they think of celebrities that may drop by and sign pictures of themselves.
