Solve Rational Expressions: x/20 = (3/8)-(4/5)
1. x/20 = (3/8)-(4/5) 2. solve 3. My attempt as far as I can tell there is no LCM so 3/8 becomes 15/40 4/5 becomes 32/40 (15/40)-(32/40)= 17/40 which equals 8.5/20 which means x=8.5 For some reason I don't think I got the right answer?- ramstin
