i was hoping to do well in this years funniest fish

but a printer's error left me off the ballot paper
…
and nobody will put it right …
i had my portfolio
prepared …
and i'd even started on a thankyou speech (well, just in case
) …
if i'd won, i would have qualified for the international goldfish of the year finals …
