What a Loser I am

You know by now that I drink beer to excess. That is why I am so fat! Tonight my son and daughter had ball games and I did not go to see one of them play. What a loser I am! My daughter's game was away and at night and I have a hard time driving at night, so my husband called the coach to see if he could drive my daughter to the game and he agreed. Then my husband went to see my son play. It all boils down to that I drink to get drunk and I couldn't go to either of the games. What a loser I am! My husband is still out of work. We sent out 20K of flyers in a mailing and finally had one call. My husband will go out tomorrow to see it. It sounds like a big job..$20K or more, so hopefully we'll get it. We got our taxes back from the accountant and we overpaid estimated tax in 2008 so we don't owe anything more so that is a good thing. I just don't see how we can afford our living with the money we are not bringing in! I may have to go back to work and that is a hard thing since I am fat and haven't worked in 14 years! Well, things have to get better. I need to think positive and things will. My daughter wrote me a note saying to believe in myself and to love myself. She is right! She is so smart. Gotta go, Leah

Believe in yourself as more than just a mortal woman, Leah ... when you have the Infinite Perspective of a Woman who looks forward to Eternity, You will see just how valuable you are ... once you realize what a treasure you are, it is much easier to treasure yourself.

its better to think of the positive things in life. the fact that you have kids, a husband who loves you...try not having any of that, no family to call your own. try seeing life from that perspective and then whine about how much your life sucks. try seeing your father shot, holding him as he breathes his last and then tell me how much of a loser you are. not so easy, is it?
