nevertheless, this particular datum is important, and wherever you stand on the issue (except perhaps apathy), you might want to at least read it because of the sort of consequences it implies (and explicits). not trying to start an argument or anything, just information, but if you want to curse me or whatever, send a PM.

i feel like this should be required viewing for anyone entering the politics forum. Chomsky is just absolutely brilliant. whether you like his politics or not, i don't think you'll ever be able to view the media the same again.
